The turnaround process
Swedavia provides training and training material for the handling companies' trainers in the turnaround process.
Bridge training
All operators must be trained and approved for the task. Repetition is required every two years in connection with badge exchange.
Each ground handling company appoints a person/people who have good knowledge of bridge driving to become a superuser.
Check-out is done by Swedavia, the person then becomes an authorized trainer (superuser).
Superuser then trains operators in their own organization.
Swedavia's training material must be used for training.
