Good to know
Swedavia's airports are operator-independent when it comes to active communication services, which means that you are not tied to any affiliated operators or to purchasing Swedavia's services for b.la. Internet and telephony.
When it comes to passive infrastructure such as fiber and placement in our technical rooms, these are services that you or your operator rent from us.
Swedavia has a guest network that is available in all public areas, but also in gates and stands. In order to ensure a stable, safe and well-functioning radio environment in the airport's public areas, and to minimise the risk of interference that may affect operation, safety and passenger flows, wireless communication equipment shall be used in a coordinated and controlled manner. In public areas such as shops, restaurants and other areas close to customers and passengers, it is therefore normally not permitted to establish your own wireless local area networks (Wi-Fi) without prior approval from Swedavia.

Airport Radio (radio communication TETRA and VHF)
Airport Radio is a TETRA-based communication solution with high availability that meets the airport's requirements.
Radio Functions
You can quickly and efficiently communicate with people in your speech group, easily change groups and create scan lists for those who need to have an overview of several groups at the same time. With Airport Radio, you can use the features of the TETRA standard, such as text messages, status messages, and call-back requests.
We offer handhelds, dispatchers, and vehicle-installed devices and accessories.
For those with temporary operations at the airport, we also offer rental agreements.

AT-net (Internet and Network)
Swedavia Airport Telecom's fiber-optic network AT-net delivers the basic services Internet Access, IP-VPN, E-VPN, Accessport LAN and WLAN Access at all of Swedavia's airports. AT-net is monitored around the clock, every day of the year.
Internet Access
Swedavia Internet Access offers you a high-capacity Internet connection with dedicated bandwidth per customer. We provide you with optimal performance, scalability, and the option of customized security services as an add-on.
IP VPN
We offer the IP-VPN service to connect your local networks between different airports. Your networks are connected between airports in a virtual private network. Delivery is made by airport with the desired capacity.
Ethernet VPN
Ethernet VPN, E-VPN, is a level two transportation service for your inter-airport networks. E-VPN is offered to those who want to administer their network on their own.
Accessport LAN
The Accessport LAN service connects your clients to the local network in its own virtual LAN, VLAN. The service comes with a speed of 10/100 Mbps, Power over Ethernet is available as an option.
WLAN Access
We plan coverage and deliver wireless network to your premises via modern hardware

AT-voice (fixed and mobile telephony)
Our telephony service AT-voice offers subscriptions for mobile and fixed telephony.
In AT-voice, you can call everyone in your own company without any traffic charges. AT-voice is connected to Arlanda's intercom to easily contact b.la. check-in desks.
Telephony features
The service has a number of options. Among other things, group functions such as queue management, menu selection, schedule management, referral and the ability to see the status of your employees. Via mobile, PC or Mac, you can manage telephony functions easily using an app or via a web app
Mobile subscriptions, standalone.
We also offer standalone mobile subscriptions for both voice and data.
Intercom Arlanda
We offer access to the intercom PBX not only through telephone subscriptions, but also via standalone intercoms for easy communication between you and gates/check-in.

FIDS (Traffic Information Operating Computers)
Airport FIDS
Traffic information via screen as a service where we install, manage and manage the screens.
Airport WebFIDS
The service shows the same information as Airport FIDS, although you as a customer use your own hardware.

Fiber and copper networks
We offer passive connections in a fiber and copper network that covers all our airports and all its buildings.
Placement
We offer rack space in a technical room located near you for a safe operating environment. Our networks and placement services are adapted to your needs and wishes.
Colocation
We offer you a place in your own cabinet or shared cabinet (half and quarter cabinet) in our data centers. The majority of the halls are located on Airside, which provides an extra layer of security with access and security controls for access. Combine this with the fact that via has several operators available with different routes and you have some really good places for your services.

Technician services (pilots and service technicians)
Technical room slots
A help for those who need access to technical rooms at Swedavia's airports. The pilot is with you throughout the visit and can then also help with simpler tasks if needed.
Service Technician
Can be seen as your extended arm if you do not have your own technicians who can visit the airports and perform jobs. Mainly practical work such as assembly, repatching, checking equipment.
Wifi (airport infrastructure)
WiFi access and roaming
As a business owner or mobile operator, you are offered access or roaming services in our wireless network, which is available at all Swedavia's airports.
OPERA 1x
We offer you the opportunity to access Swedavia's Wi-Fi infrastructure to connect your wireless devices to your network. The network is extended throughout the airport and has guaranteed coverage in public environments where passengers move, but also at gates and stands. In your own premises, it is possible to rent a coverage zone so that we deliver access there as well.

Monthly subscription for accounts to Swedavia's airport-guest network.
