Flight paths and runway use
This part of Swedavia's extranet is primarily aimed at pilots, airlines and air traffic controllers, but also at other actors who want to know more about the airport's flight operations.
The information is updated continuously and can therefore be interesting to take part in regularly. Some examples of information can be seen below and accessed by clicking on each document:
-
Approach procedures
-
Application of Continuous Climb Operations (CCO) and Continuous Descent Operations (CDO)
-
Curved approaches with RNP AR APCH
-
Handling of arrival/departing traffic by the airport (e.g. change of runway, allocation of parking spaces)
-
HIRO (High Intensity Runway Operations)
-
EoR (Established on RNP)
There will also be information about the benefits of RNP AR procedures and what is needed to use them - What permits are required to fly the procedures, how an airline should go about applying for a permit, what is required in terms of equipment in the aircraft and training of pilots to apply for and maintain the permit, etc.
The information is under construction and will be continuously replenished.
