How do I buy my employee card?
You buy your employee card directly on your mobile phone. Download the Arlanda Express app through the App Store or GooglePlay. Under "Account settings" and "Arlanda employee", enter the number on your Swedavia badge. Under "Buy ticket - Travel voucher" the products 30 day pass and travel card with 20 trips are now available. The purchase is paid directly in the app.
Who can buy and travel with an employee card?
Anyone who is employed at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and commutes to and from work with the Arlanda Express. The employment must be verified with a valid and personal Swedavia badge. No other company IDs or certificates apply to employee card purchases. The Swedavia badge must be presented every time you travel and your ticket must be purchased when boarding. The employee cards are only valid for travel to and from work.
What applies in the event of a delay or cancellation?
Arlanda Express does not compensate for other transport, extra expenses/additional costs or lost income caused by delays and cancellations. Replacement taxi services offered to passengers with regular tickets in the event of cancellation and the Arlanda Express travel time guarantee do not apply to passengers with a staff card.

What applies to refunds?
Started employee cards are not refundable. Staff cards that have not been started are refundable upon presentation of the original receipt, contact reklamation@atrain.se.
What happens if I change my mobile phone or number?
Download the Arlanda Express app and log in with exactly the same account details as before, an email address and a password. Enter the Swedavia badge number again.
