Deliveries to Arlanda

Swedavia Logistik only handles goods deliveries and supplies to the airport – not freight or luggage matters.

Address instructions

1. Internal recipients (Swedavia employees)

All packages should be addressed as follows:

Important – applies to all airside deliveries
  • Only the address Starrmossen 115 may be used.
    No other addresses, gates or designations may be given.
  • External companies are not allowed to write "Arlanda Airport / Checkpoint Arlanda / Swedavia" in the address line.
    This causes misunderstandings and causes important information to fall off the shipping label.
  • We do not offer loading or unloading/side loading from trucks.
    Handling is only done ground-to-ground or via a loading dock.
  • Goods taller than 170 cm must always be pre-registered.


Deliveries to Arlanda – short instructions

General

All goods to airside must pass through Checkpoint Arlanda for registration and further allocation.
Only goods that are pre-booked in Intra can be routed immediately after telephone contact.

Packaging Requirements
  • EU pallet or package recommended
  • Pallet goods must be wrapped in plastic
  • Roll cages should be wrapped in plastic
  • Inadequately packaged goods may need to be repackaged (additional cost)
Complaints (in short)
  • Compensation is handled in accordance with NSAB 2015.
  • Visible damage must be documented and noted immediately upon receipt.
  • Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days, with photos and a certificate of value.
  • Complaints should be sent to: checkpoint.arn@swedavia.se
  • In the case of expensive goods: take out additional insurance.
