Employee parking service - Information for the employer company

As an employee of a company that operates at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, you can get access to employee parking. The information below applies to companies and employees who are not employed by Swedavia.

In order to offer employee parking, the company must have an agreement with Swedavia for the service.

How to sign an agreement for employee parking

Send an email request to parkeringsavtal.arn@swedavia.se and provide the following details:

Company name
Organization number
Postal address
Contact information for:
- Contract manager
- Contact person
Invoicing information (address, reference, e-mail if applicable)

The agreement is normally signed digitally and when it is ready, the appointed contact person at the company can order a parking permits.

⚠️ Signing an agreement does not incur any cost. The cost is only added when you order a parking permit for an employee.

How do I order a basic permit?

Basic permits are ordered via our order form, "Application for parking permit".
Up to 4 registration numbers can be registered per employee for camera reading purposes
A keycard is sent as a fall back if:

There is a technical error on camera reading
employee temporarily uses another vehicle

The keycard is sent by mail to the specified delivery address.

⚠️ The permits are personal and may only be used by the person they are registered to. Misuse can lead to the termination of the permit.

When can your employee start using the parking?

Parking via registration number works normally within 1–2 days
The keycard is mailed to the specified address and is delivered in approximately 4-6 business days

Which parking spaces are included in Swedavia's employee parking?

Employee parking Grund is available in the following areas:

Alpa
Beta Orange
P95 (Cargo)
P97 at gate 1 – only for employees who have their regular workplace there.

Bus from Beta departs every 15 minutes between 00:00-05:00 and every 10 minutes between 05:00-00:00. For more detailed information about bus times read more at, Transportation at the airport
