Standard prices are set annually by Swedavia and are valid for the year announced in the price list.
Swedavia has the right to correct standard prices if government decisions, taxes or additional fees over which Swedavia has no control are added.
Standard prices are set where the possibility of measuring the medium is not technical or for other reasons possible to implement

Electricity
Electricity price 2026

Amount excl. VAT and energy tax.
Costs for electricity networks will be added.

The fixed and variable electricity prices are valid on a calendar year basis and with a 3-month notice period.
The prices are reviewed annually and the next year's electricity prices are determined at the latest during the first half of December, when it will also be communicated to affected customers.

Fixed electricity price including environmental electricity and electricity certificates: SEK 0.80/kWh for SE1-3 and
0.92 SEK/kWh for SE4.

Fixed electricity price means that Swedavia has hedged the price equivalent to the volume of energy which includes all customers at Swedavia's airports who have chosen a fixed electricity price for the calendar year to which this price sheet refers.

Variable electricity price, Swedavia's surcharge including environmental electricity and electricity certificates: SEK 0.15/kWh

Variable electricity prices mean that Swedavia continuously purchases the equivalent of the volume of energy, which includes all customers at Swedavia's airports that have the variable electricity price is based on the monthly average spot price on the Nordic electricity exchange Nord Pool.

Billing information
The subscription fee is charged at the rate of one twelfth per month.
The power fee is charged based on the highest hourly power taken during a month.
Peak hours cover the period November-March, weekdays from 6.00 to 22.00. Weekend evenings and public holidays are counted as other times.

ANNUAL REVISION OF SUBSCRIBED POWER
The revised power level (kW) is determined by dividing the last two calendar years' normal-year adjusted outcome (kWh)
by useful life of 1700 h [ kWh / h = kW ]
If there are no metrics for the period, the power level is set according to the agreed level or level by agreement with the Customer
