Psychological and social support for those affected
In the event of a serious incident, accident or acute crisis situation, there may be a need for psychological and social support, for the uninjured/slightly injured and relatives/meeting of the air passengers staying at the airport.
At Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Swedavia's organisation will participate in the work, for example to designate premises and other facilities that cannot be acutely provided by airlines or handling companies.
Swedavia's APOC Supervisor, tel. 010-109 13 00, is the contact function for decisions on premises and their commissioning.
The airline has the responsibility in principle for supporting uninjured passengers.
