Airport Regulations
Airport Regulations (AR) are Swedavia's decided application of regulations, which include both national and international requirements an airport must regulate and ensure that operations at the airport comply with.
The Airport Regulations apply to all employees of public authorities, companies and other organisations operating at the airport (hereinafter referred to as operators). Some operations require special permits, authorisations or agreements. It is the responsibility of the operators to identify and obtain the necessary permits, authorisations or agreements to meet the requirements of European and Swedish legislation, as well as Swedavia's AR.
In the new structure of the Airport Regulations, we have chosen to structure the texts thematically into five parts and an introduction, which are standardised and apply to all of Swedavia's international airports (Arlanda, Bromma, Landvetter and Malmö). Each airport has its own edition, with both generic text and site-specific content, which is published according to a common annual plan.
In addition to the requirements picture, each part contains references to related information that we have collected in five sections that you can find in the link collection below. The links are categorized in yellow for governing information, green for supporting information and blue for map information.
