All trafik med Arlanda Express är tillsvidare inställd på grund av lördagens olycka.

​​​​Det var under morgonen den 27 maj som ett av Arlanda Express tåg spårade ur strax söder om Stockholm Arlanda Airport. 

Arlanda Express arbetar nu med berör​da my​ndigheter för att kartlägga situationen och ta fram en prognos för när trafiken kan komma i gång igen. I dagsläget är bedömningen att trafiken kommer att vara avstängd kommande 5-7 dagar, en information som kommer att uppdateras löpande.

För dig med personalbiljett

  • Arlanda Express hälsar att Arlanda-anställda med 30-dagars​​kort kommer att få sina kort förlängda med samma antal dagar som de haft inställd trafik. Berörda medarbetare ombeds mejla till reklamation@atrain.se och skriva "30-dagarskort" i ämnesraden.

  • Personalkorten ger inte rätt till ersättningstrafik med taxi vid trafikuppehåll.

Information from Arlanda Express 

All traffic with Arlanda Express is suspended until further notice due to Saturday's accident. ​​​​​​

It was during the morning of May 27 that one of the Arlanda Express trains derailed just south of Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Arlanda Express is now working with the relevant authorities to map the situation and come up with a forecast for when traffic can resume. Currently, the assessment is that traffic will be closed for the next 5-7 days, an information that will be updated continuously. 

For the time being, they refer to alternative means of travel. See separate news about the options.

For those of you with a staff travel card 
  • Arlanda Express announces Arlanda employees with 30-day cards will have their cards extended by the same number of days as they had suspended traffic. Affected employees are asked to email reklamation@atrain.se​ and to write "30-day card" in the subject line.
    (this does not happen automatically as previously stated)
  • The staff travel cards does not give the right to substitute taxi traffic in the event of traffic stops. Read more about the conditions for staff travel​
