Fault reporting vehicles
Here you can report a fault to Umeå Airport. This may apply to vehicles/equipment that the workshop staff performs service/repair on (vehicles, luggage trolleys, wheelchairs, etc.).
After the fault report has been made, the object should be marked with marking tape to show that the fault has been reported.

How and what should you report a fault?
- We would like you to use our form and fill it out as soon as you find something that is broken, then we can fix the error faster.
- Only one fault must be reported per fault report. For example, never report faults in heating, ventilation, broken electrical outlets or card readers on the same fault report. This is so that the right technician can handle the error.
- After the fault report has been made, the object should be marked with marking tape to show that the fault has been reported.
