A new extranet has landed

From Wednesday 6 May, there will be a new extranet here. At many of Swedavia's airports, the extranet is an important channel for reaching out to airport operators and employees.

It's an extranet in a new, modern version you've come to – a new look, a new improved search function, quality-assured updated material and a number of other news.  

Good news 

• Translation – The new extranet comes with translation features that allow more parts than before to be in English. 
• User-friendliness and help for self-help are in focus. The structure is no longer hierarchical but flat with many pages on the same level, which gives an easy overview of the content.
• Information pages have been created with a focus on short and understandable texts. The information is presented in sections or questions and answers to help you get to the point.

Airport Information

• New is the ability to publish AI at several airports at the same time. This makes it easier in times when all airports have the same needs at the same time; such as during the pandemic or similar social events. Right now, it is mainly about AI about Chroma updates or other IT systems.
• One consequence of the above is that the number series for AI will now be common to all of Swedavia's ten airports. Numbers 1, 4, 10 and 12 may be available at Arlanda, while 2 and 7 are available at Göteborg Landvetter and 3 and 5 are available at all airports.

All subscription lists linked to each airport have been moved to the new extranet. No one needs to register again.
