Fault reporting

Here you can create issue reports at Göteborg Landvetter Airport. See below procedure depending on what is to be reported.

Create an Issue Report

 

Examples of errors:

  • Broken lighting
  • Escalators and elevators
  • Broken windows

In case of urgent cases, you can call in your fault report.

 

Equipment that is reported to Fault Report APOC Arlanda:

  • CUSS & CUPPS Equipment
  • On-site equipment such as ground power and mobile agregates
  • Docks

 

Systems that are reported to the IT Service Desk
  • Chroma
  • AODB
  • FIDS
  • SBG
  • ADC
  • DMD
  • BRS
  • IT and telephony
After your fault report
  • You will receive a case number 
  • Have the case number handy when contacting
  • You get a connection when you take action
