Emergency Training Group

At Göteborg Landvetter Airport there is the meeting forum Emergency Training Group (ETG).

Purpose

• The aim is to ensure continuous exercise activities at different levels of training and exercises in order to improve cooperation between the airport's actors.
• The ETG will also jointly create common routines, training and exercises, as well as to follow up and give feedback to improve routines and methods.

Objectives

• The aim of the operation is to strengthen the airport's own and the overall crisis management capability by providing the actors with increased knowledge of each other's organisations' responsibilities and actions in the event of a particular incident.
• This reduces the negative impact of an event on the individual, the organizations and the airport.
