Taxi information Gothenburg Landvetter
In order to pick up and drop off customers at Göteborg Landvetter Airport, an agreement must be signed with Swedavia.
Step 1 - Sign a taxi contract
In order to sign a taxi agreement with Swedavia, the following information must be submitted:
- Company name
- Organization number
- Authorised signatory / authorised to sign agreements
- Contact information for a signatory or other contact person instead of a signatory (e-mail address and telephone number)
- Only operate as Appride (Uber or Bolt, for example)? Yes or no.
- Copy of the certificate of organization/registration certificate from the Swedish Companies Registration Office
- Form SKV 4820 Request/Response. Public information from the Swedish Tax Agency. Can be a maximum of two months old and can be downloaded digitally on the Swedish Tax Agency's website - My pages
- Copy of the price information sticker (both inside and outside)
- Taximeter strip PK1 (max one month old)
- Photo of the company's logo mounted on both sides of the vehicle. The minimum dimensions are 45 cm wide and 20 cm high, not applicable if you only drive limo or Appride

Step 2 - Email notification when the account on Vendor is set up and ready
The system Vendor is used to post vehicles, pre-bookings and see invoice amounts. Swedavia will send you an agreement via email, which can be signed digitally directly on your mobile phone.
Step 3 - Log in to Vendor and create a password and add vehicle
After the agreement is signed, the account on the Vendor is created.

Mounting the transponder
- Remove the protective film from the Velcro to glue the transponder to the windshield
- The transponder is mounted horizontally (not vertically) to the left at Göteborg Landvetter, to allow good readings
- In the system, taxis are called by registration number. Therefore, it is extra important that the right transponder is installed in the right vehicle. Otherwise, the driver will not understand or find their registration number/vehicle on the calling screens or in the app when it is time to drive up to the spontaneous or pre-booking area.
- The registration number and transponder number need to be linked together for calllings, but also for invoicing
- Transponder numbers can be found on both the front and back of the transponder.
Boom description
When the transponder is mounted according to instructions, you can drive into the remote to queue for the callings. When developed, the transponder makes the boom go up at the terminal you have been called to.
- If you have not been called and go up to the barrier, you will not be admitted to the pickup area
- Driving behind another vehicle that has opened the barrier may result in the barrier closing on the vehicle.
- Only drive through a barrier if you have been called. If the barrier does not open, contact customer service via the telephone located at the barrier.
