A-CDM

The DPI transmission to NMOC test is interrupted for technical reasons.

It is required to revert to: Update of EOBT in case of ATC ground delay via DLA messages.

Aircraft operators are requested to align EOBT with TOBT in case TOBT has been updated by the handling agent.

Note that CDM operations continue locally as handling agents update TOBT to reflect a realistic departure time.

TSAT times are not generated.

Swedavia will keep the community informed whenever updates are available.

Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) is a concept which aims at improving operational efficiency at airports by reducing delays, improving predictability of events during the progress of a flight, and optimizing the utilization of resources.

A-CDM as part of the larger A-CDM project involving several major European Airports. The Project is
coordinated by Eurocontrol.

The project brings together 28 airports around Europe who share information with Eurocontrol and other CDM airports.

On the 8th of June 2017, Stockholm Arlanda airport was connected to the network and is now
operating as a full A-CDM airport in the Eurocontrol network.

With the A-CDM process in operation at Arlanda, we are able to significantly reduce the taxi times during peak hours, leading to less Carbon dioxide emission and reduced fuel costs for the airlines.
