Stockholm Arlanda Airport issues local regulations, Airport Regulations (AR), supported by the EU Commission Regulation No 139/2014.
AR is divided into four chapters: General, Airside, Terminal and the County Administrative Board. All ARs are divided into the chapters General, Traffic, Safety, Security, Environment, Monitoring/Compliance, and Reference. By reference, it is stated which function at Swedavia, Stockholm Arlanda Airport is responsible for the content of each AR.
