Employee parking
Who can apply for employee parking?
A prerequisite for applying for a parking permit for Swedavia's employee car park is that you conduct business or have a base at the airport and do not have access to your own parking area.
Information for companies that wish to be invoiced

Mandatory information that must be included in the application:
- Company
- Name of authorised client
- Cost centre (invoice marking)
- Name of the employee who requests staff parking
- E-mail address of the employee who requests staff parking
Within 5 working days, the employee will receive an email with instructions on how to create an account and create their permit, as well as how to administer the permit in the event of a change of registration number, for example.
If an employee leaves, email info to malmoairportparkering@swedavia.se and the employee's account will be deactivated and the digital state will be terminated.
Employee parking for companies that are not invoiced
An authorised client at the company informs Swedavia that they have a new employee who wishes to be able to buy employee parking.
The application is made via email to malmoairportparkering@swedavia.se
The application must include:

E-mail address of the employee who requests employee parking
The employee will then receive an email within 5 working days with instructions on how to log in to the system and from there buy an employee parking permit.
If an employee leaves, email info to malmoairportparkering@swedavia.se and the employee's account will be deactivated.
Pricing
The price for 1 day is SEK 30 including VAT.
The price for 30 days is SEK 245 including VAT.
The price for 365 days is SEK 2,610 including VAT.
Charging posts
Swedavia's parking card holders have the right to use/park at a charging point for a maximum of 4 hours/day, a parking disc is required. There are 10 charging points in Swedavia's staff car parks, 8 in the large staff car park closest to the terminal and 2 on Hangarvägen.
Surveillance/parking permit
You no longer need to have a permit in the box, but the guards search for your license plate number and can immediately see if you have a valid permit in their handsets. Since the permits are no longer physical, motorcycles also need to be registered in the new system. If you have a permit, you can easily change the registration number between a passenger car and a motorcycle on the permit.
If there is no valid digital parking permit for the parked vehicle, you risk having a control fee issued on the vehicle.
