What is happening or what needs to be done?
Replaces previous Airport Information AI-13-2025
The inner way on Apron 3, called Ramp Road 3, has previously been prohibited for vehicular traffic that does not have an active mission on Apron 3. In view of the airport's current traffic volume, Apron 3 is closed to aircraft, and thus the traffic rule that only vehicles with assignments are allowed to use Rampväg 3 is also paused.
As long as Apron 3 is empty of aircraft , vehicles are free to use Ramp Road 3 and drivers do not need to drive on the outer road, called Service Road 3.
NOTE! As soon as an aircraft is parked on Apron 3, only vehicles belonging to the turnaround process of that aircraft are allowed to operate on the route or vehicles with an active mission on the surface.
This AI replaces any contradictory rules in Airport Regulation / Driving Training as long as no new AI announces otherwise.
Consequences? Who is particularly affected?
ATTENTION! This means more traffic on stretches we are not normally used to, so be extra attentive at pedestrian crossings at the charging station at Building 25 (the yellow house).
