What is happening or what needs to be done?
Swedavia is now offering passengers in need of assistance (PRM) the opportunity to be escorted to the gate together with one (1) relative.
The service applies to domestic and Schengen flights from Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
Prerequisites
- PRM service must be pre-booked via an airline
- Maximum 1 relative per traveler
- Family members must present a valid ID document
- A relative receives temporary permission to pass through the regular security check
