What is happening or what needs to be done?
The ARN Pantograph Charging for Electric Buses project will carry out fieldwork prior to the construction of a new Pantograph Charger in Beta Parking. Fieldwork will take place between 2026.05-18 – 2026.05.22
Fieldwork includes test drilling through vertical guide drilling with the aim of checking soil types based on Swedavia's environmental guidelines and geotechnical investigation.
The necessary internal coordination within Swedavia has already been carried out with all concerned, including the AMSB approved for the purpose.
Consequences? Who is particularly affected?
Bus traffic will be affected during fieldwork, especially at the turning point and bus stop N.
Fieldwork in the critical points for bus traffic will be carried out according to EAC with those affected, thus bus stop N will be temporarily closed with reference to the next bus stop next to it and an A sign (so-called pavement talker) will be arranged as information for passengers and 3: e man.
Critical drill points at the bus stop's turning point are carried out in the mornings between 09.00 -12.00.
Parking, as preparatory work for fieldwork, a part of the parking area, in which fieldwork has been planned, has been temporarily closed to external users, however, after completion of fieldwork, these parking areas will return to normal use.
Which area of the airport is affected?
Beta parking, bus turning point, parking area between substation T66 and turning area
