What is happening or what needs to be done?
To secure passengers' passage, barrier straps will be drawn across the vehicle road when go-boarding to planes parked in parking spaces 113, 115 or 119. The ribbon is pulled by the ground handling company at the pedestrian crossing at each location. Ground handling companies also set up road cones at pedestrian crossings for extra visibility. The same ground handling company removes straps and removes cones when boarding is complete.
Consequences? Who is particularly affected?
During go-boarding, vehicles are directed to the vehicle path on the even side of the building (ramp D).
Authorised traffic related to the turnaround process at the locations in question uses the nearest possible route to/from the marked vehicle route to reach the relevant location on ramp E.
Which area of the airport is affected?
Gate area A, which is currently used from 05.00 to 07.30 every day of the week.
